Provides administrative support to the Chairman and CEO. Responsible for implementing systems, procedures, policies, and assisting in the management of daily departmental operations. The role is privy to highly sensitive and confidential information and handle high volumes of scheduling and event planning. Professional presence and excellent communication skills are essential to success in this position. An ability to juggle competing priorities is a critical function of the job.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the development of short and long range plans
- Gathers, interprets, and prepares data for studies, reports, and makes recommendations as appropriate
- Meeting management that includes assembly of background materials, preparation of agendas, and recording of action items
- Coordinates comprehensive calendaring and scheduling with both internal and external parties
- Arranges domestic and foreign travel for business and personal needs
- Coordinates and executes event planning for onsite and offsite meetings
- Manages processing of credit card statements for executive and family members
- Provides administrative support to executives family members as needed
- General administrative tasks as needed
- All other duties as required
