IT Student Intern - Onsite

Job Summary - 

Are you a tech-savvy high school student passionate about computers and interested in exploring a career in IT? We're seeking a motivated and eager IT Intern to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional IT environment while learning from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic helpdesk tasks, providing initial troubleshooting and support to staff under guidance.
• Learn about and assist with cloud and IT infrastructure under supervision.
• Conduct research and gather information on assigned IT projects.
• Support with data entry and organization tasks.
• Assist with maintaining and updating basic IT documentation.
• Learn about the depth of cybersecurity and its functions in the health care field.
• Observe and learn from experienced IT professionals, asking questions and seeking clarification.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in technology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software is preferred but not required.
