Description

  • Oversee Guest Services Missions, Pillars and Standards (MPS) while aligning it with the overall vision of NewSpring Church.
  • Create opportunities for weekly culture building, operational clarity, and campus collaboration via consistent video meetings, one-on-ones, and campus travel.
  • Equip campuses with excellent Guest Services strategy, resources, and training.
  • Create a proactive system to stay connected with Campus Pastors at each campus to provide vision and support for the execution of the Guest Services Ministry.
  • Provide Guest Services Rock and data support for campuses.
  • Provide as much operational support to campuses as possible. The aim is to lift as much operational weight off of campuses as possible.
  • Ensure alignment with Guest Services and Worship Arts teams through the gathering planning process.
  • Work with Risk and Safety team to provide leadership to campus safety volunteer teams.
  • Cultivate a leadership development and volunteer growth culture.

Qualifications

  • Do whatever it takes to help the church reach its mission to see everyone, everywhere in an everyday relationship. Occasionally this will mean performing duties and tasks outside of your normal job responsibilities.
  • Uphold Biblical priorities in life, in the order outline below:
    1. Growing personal relationship with Jesus
    2. Relationship with spouse (if married)
    3. Relationship with children (if applicable)
    4. Purpose in life/ministry
  • Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church.
  • Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
  • Financially support the vision of NewSpring Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of gross income.
