Position Responsibilities

  • Of the pillars of Fuse (Formation, Family and Fun), Fun will be the priority of this role
    • L3 Events
      • Event Details document for campuses 6 weeks before the event
        • Promotion
        • Pre & Post gathering expectations
        • First Time Experience
        • Giveaway or handout expectations
        • Gathering expectations 
    • L2 & L1 Events
      • Provide seasonal ideas for how to incorporate Fun on Wednesday nights and outside of Fuse events 
  • First-Time Student Experience – expectations & consistency across campuses
  • Pre-service environments – expectations & consistency across campuses
  • Develop a strategic and creative social media plan for each Fuse series and events throughout the year to engage students in an everyday relationship with Jesus. 
    • Upload, manage, and update Fuse digital content on all platforms where it is distributed (except to NewSpring campuses).
    • Work with the Fuse Creative Team to create content that is cohesive with the Fuse brand and series branding
      • Communicate all social media asset needs through Wrike
    • Answer direct messages and comments (when appropriate) on all social media platforms within 24 hours
    • Manage Fuse social media analytics and find ways to enhance reach and engagement on all platforms
    • Build and lead volunteer teams representing every campus for photography, video assets, and posting on social media.

  • Do whatever it takes to help the church reach its mission to see everyone, everywhere in an everyday relationship. Occasionally this will mean performing duties and tasks outside of your normal job responsibilities.
  • Uphold Biblical priorities in life, in the order outline below:
    1. Growing personal relationship with Jesus
    2. Relationship with spouse (if married)
    3. Relationship with children (if applicable)
    4. Purpose in life/ministry
  • Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church.
  • Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
  • Financially support the vision of NewSpring Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of gross income.
