Serve as A1 as scheduled twice a month.
Responsible for executing/upholding Audio Standards at Broadcast events.
Serve as an on-call technician to troubleshoot and execute Audio, Video, Lighting utilizing the Production Hotline during Sunday and Wednesday gatherings.
Responsible for being A1 or filling the role of Audio during weekly Pre-Records.
Responsible for Maintaining/Installing Audio Gear at the broadcast location.
Work alongside Worship Arts Directors and Support Production to create and perform training for volunteers and other Worship Arts staff.
Work on integration and ticket projects, as assigned.

To do whatever it takes to help the church reach its mission to connect people to Jesus and to each other. Occasionally this will mean performing duties and tasks outside of your normal job responsibilities.

Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church.
Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
Financially support the vision of NewSpring Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of gross income.
