Partner with Campuses in shepherding volunteers.
Responsible for understanding and upholding NewSpring Production standards.
Responsible for all video elements for Pre-Record (loading assets, run through, leading video volunteers, direct/run video, edit and deliver Pre-Record to Campuses)
Load, prep, and run all video assets for Asset Tests
Develop training and resources for Production
Responsible for Video Maintenance at Broadcast locations
Operate in Lead Video position, as assigned.
Set up all RESI events for Broadcast.
Serve as an on call support technician.
Work on AVL tickets, as assigned.

Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church.

Financially support the vision of NewSpring Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of gross income.
