Job Summary
Position summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to perform various duties related to the production of the company’s products at the highest levels of quality.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Perform work as directed by immediate team lead or supervisor.
- Monitor work area for cleanliness and safety. Perform corrective actions as required, reporting to the supervisor when work outside the associate’s capability is required.
- Stop production and identify quality issues to a lead or supervisor immediately when they are identified.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

Physical demands and work environment:
- Must be able to walk, stand, sit, see, hear, speak, for extended periods of time, and ability to climb into and out of forklift.
- Work involves exposure to known allergens.
- Requires exposure to temperature extremes and exposure to outside weather conditions from open dock doors, dirt, dust, fumes, chemicals, etc.
- Requires exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable.
- Position requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear, which may include use of respirator.
- Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Work Days and Shifts:
- Position works primarily Monday through Friday. May require occasional weekend work.
Education/Certification(s)/License(s) required:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Experience/Other required:
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Must periodically pass random drug screening.
