POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- B.S. degree or equivalent experience a plus.
- Solid understanding and knowledge of the workflow in Foodmate operations.
- Ability to mentor and facilitate culture - strong communication and influence skills to work with individuals and to train others.
- Ability to work and influence all levels of an organization from senior leaders, specialists, and operators in different functional areas.
- Experience hiring new employees.
- Adept with performance management and investigations.
- Sound judgement and ability to balance business needs with role of employee advocate.
- Effective interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and interact with all levels of the organization.
- High degree of professionalism with strong communication skills with strong teamwork orientation.
- Skilled in employee benefits administration.
- Experience with an HRIS and ERP system, preferred experience with Paycom but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, or hear; uses hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. On occasion, may be required to climb and work in high places, stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The incumbent must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
