POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Track record in developing and executing successful training classes and programs.
- Critical thinking skills with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- High degree of organizational and time management skills for self and direct reports.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage others.
- Travel up to 75%.
- Knowledge of automation machines and machine components.
- Prior experience training for Original Equipment Manufacturer preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk or hear; uses hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls.
