About this Role:
The Housekeeper team member is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the outdoor and indoor areas of our wedding venue. This includes preparing spaces before events, keeping them tidy during events, and restoring them to pristine condition afterward.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Clean and prepare events spaces before and after events
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and other common areas
- Report any maintenance or repair need to the manager
- Check stocking levels of all supplies and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
- Ensure high standers of cleanliness and presentation are met
- Other duties as assigned
Education: High school diploma or equivalent a plus
Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in a housekeeping/cleaning role required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
- Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend
- Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30lbs).
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) language skills a plus
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays
