About This Role
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support to the organization and Event Planning team by answering calls, following up with clients, helping with vendor relations while performing general clerical duties and strive to providing exceptional service to clients, customers, and guests. Energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the work, the people, and the clients are key to achieving success in this role.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Answers inbound calls to the company, appropriately directing client and customer inquiries
- Maintains appropriate filing systems and organization
- Assists in resolving client and customer questions and escalations
- Assists with inventory control projects as needed
- Performs general administrative duties as directed
- Partners with teammates throughout the organization to drive operational efficiency and exceptional customer experience
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer experience role required
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Must be able to lift-up-to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends
