The purpose of this position is to provide direct leadership and supervision to clinical services staff in the delivery of care to our patients. Â This role will assist in the development and implementation of clinical care rooming and care delivery policies and standards. The supervisor will be responsible for the onboarding of new employees and creating a culture of ongoing continuous learning. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required in working with staff, physicians, patients and family. The supervisor will have responsibilities which will include, securing cooperation from others, problem solving, and the ability to exercise initiative and judgment. Responsibilities also include mentoring/training, quality control, development of policies and procedures, process improvement activities, skills validation, data collection, regulatory compliance, nursing schedules, hiring of nursing personnel, assistance with growth of programs and implementation of operational decisions as directed. Must possess ability to function independently and is able to make decisions and react appropriately in difficult situations.
