Position Summary:
The QA/QI Manager is responsible for developing and enhancing processes for data collection, entry, and quality within the agency's CCWIS system. They coordinate data collection efforts, review performance reports, and ensure timely and accurate data entry to maintain data integrity. The Manager collaborates with internal teams and participates in Quality Improvement meetings to support data accuracy and adherence to best practices. Additionally, they conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify barriers to meeting goals and ensure the continuous improvement of safety measures.
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee the quality assurance staff and developing processes for data collection.
- Develop processes to enhance data collection, data entry and data quality in the FSFN and/or CCWIS within agency.
- Coordinate data collection efforts within agency.
- Review performance reports/listings and follow-up/escalate within agency, as necessary.
- Perform and/or coordinate data entry activities to ensure timely and accurate updates to FSFN and/or CCWIS.
- Liaise with CFCN with regards to quality management practices, data entry, and data integrity.
- Participate in
Quality Improvement meetings.
- Train/support agency staff on FSFN and/or CCWIS functionality and application of QI best practices to enhance performance and maintain or improve performance measures.
- Complete all assignments/activities by the requested deadlines.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify barriers where goals are not being met or policies were not followed leading to a safety concern.
