Position Summary:
Person in this position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program. Essential Job Functions include those listed below. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
- Administrative supervision of MAI staff including Care coordinator, Health Educator and Outreach services providers.
- Monitor the adherence to the policies and procedures of the program;
- Conduct monthly quality assurance reviews of the case files to ensure compliance with program standards;
- Facilitate health education groups, family groups and assist clients of the program;
- Responsible for ensuring facility compliance with health, fire, safety and other regulatory standards;
- Mediate client issues that cannot be appropriately resolved at the program level;
- Ensure that the agency systems for collecting statistical data necessary for program evaluation, planning, justification and staff training are collected as required;
- Fill in for staff during times they may be unavailable due to illness, training, vacation etc.;
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested;
- Assist and monitor data collection and statistical reporting and complete Quality Improvement reports as requested;
- Maintain relationships with referring and supporting agencies and represent the agency at various community meetings as requested;
- Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision and goals of WestCare Foundation; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
