Minimum qualifications
Education:
• Masters degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or related filed; prefer LISW credential,
OR will substitute
• Bachelors degree in sociology, social work, psychology, family studies or related field, with at least 5 years experience working in non-profit organizations with underserved families in urban settings.
Experience and Competencies:
• At least four years experience with demonstrated ability to work as part of a team delivering care coordination and wrap-around services to families or individuals.
• Must be empathetic, compassionate, non-judgmental, enthusiastic, highly organized and capable of managing a large volume of activities and documentation.
• Multi-culturally competent.
• Prefer Spanish speaker.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Must be computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
