Experience and Competencies:
- Familiarity with and knowledge of data collection tools (i.e. standardized instruments, surveys, information obtained from database, etc.).

- Ability to create databases in Excel, SPSS, etc.
- Understands the construction of variables.
- Basis understanding of statistical data.
- Familiarity and utilization of basic graphic programs such as Power Point.
- Ability to interpret basic statistics.
- Ability to work and communicate with multi-disciplinary teams and to interface with internal/external departments.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and to prioritize appropriately.
- Ability to organize work and utilize great time management.
- Understanding of and ability to apply ethical principles.
- Understanding to talk to and communicate with clients in an effective and appropriate manner.
- Bilingual/bicultural (English/Spanish) is preferred.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (research related) and one (1) year of equivalent experience in evaluation and/or research.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work is performed primarily in a professional, office setting; however, this position will require travel between offices in Pinellas Park, Port Richey, and Dade City.
- Regular attendance is required. Working overtime is required and essential to perform job duties at times.
- The normal work routine involves no exposure to human blood, body fluids or tissues. However, exposure or potential exposure may be required as a condition of employment. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be readily available to every employee.
