Experience and Competencies:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.

- General knowledge of facility maintenance
- Experience working within a substance abuse treatment setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of the criminal justice system.
- Adherence to the highest standard of ethical conduct, especially to standards governing confidentiality.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be culturally/linguistically sensitive to populations served.
- Ability to obtain and maintain clearance from California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR);
- Ability to obtain and maintain clearance from LEIE, MSIL, and EPLS.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain and maintain WestCare’s vehicle insurance is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Fresno County Credentialing; and
- CPR Certification, First Aid Certification and an annual Tuberculosis test.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Four (4) years’ experience in purchasing and cost control, warehousing, inventory control, vehicle/transportation maintenance and/or construction.
- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Not applicable for this position.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work is primarily performed in an office or a treatment setting.
- Must be willing to travel; and
- Outdoor/outreach activities may be required.
