Summary: Supervises and coordinates branch activities of Retail Services staff (New Accounts, Tellers, and Lobby Staff) in providing personalized banking services by performing the following duties.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assign duties, coordinate schedules, evaluate staff performance and provide training and support to ensure efficient functioning of the Retail Services department as well as present, monitor and maintain a professional work environment.
- Monitoring and reporting of lobby safety and maintenance.
- Assisting customers and staff with problem resolutions & special requests (wires, debit card and internet banking services).
- Evaluating customer needs to suggest appropriate bank products, opening & processing all available new account types and detecting & reporting fraudulent or suspicious activities.
