Behavior Support Consultant 2

Arc Human Services is currently hiring a Behavior Support Consultant 2 to join our Brookville team! 

Up to $2500 Sign on Bonus , Salary for Bachelor's Degree $50,960 and Salary for Master's Degree 59,280

Summary:
The Behavior Supports Consultant reports directly to the Assistant Director of Clinical Services.  Clinical Services offer a detailed structure of support for those who struggle in traditional IDD programs.  Each plan is diagnostically driven and grounded in strong clinical and therapeutic principles.  Respect for the individuals includes extensive specialized training, plan development, and guidance for the family and team members. 

Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university is required plus two years of experience and/or Master's degree , plus one year of direct service experience in a social service organization and one-year documented experience with the development of behavior management/support/intervention techniques (or equivalent combination)

Utilizes a team approach according to the Principles of Positive Approaches and the Guidelines for Effective Behavior Supports, conducts behavioral assessments according to principles guided by the Trauma Informed Care Model and Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA)
