Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative is a nonprofit organic farmers’ cooperative of over 100 member farmers in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We focus on creating healthy, high-quality foods from our highly maintained and enriched soils on our small-scale family farms. LFFC serves all Eastern Pennsylvania, New York City, and most of the tri-state area by connecting the farmer and customer, delivering the best local organic produce, value-added products, and humanely raised and pastured animal products to retail establishments, co-ops, restaurants, and institutions.

Position Summary –
We are looking for a CSA Operations Specialist who likes the challenge of a fast-paced environment. Ideally, the candidate must possess a willingness and ability to learn quickly and be a motivated and detail-oriented team player. This position supports the co-op by partnering with our farms and all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys proactively anticipating and responding to departmental needs and creatively problem-solving to ensure we can continue to fulfill our mission and commitments to customers and farmers.

What you’ll be doing –Â
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the CSA Department to ensure efficient service and quality standards
- Act as a liaison between farmers and our warehouse to maintain smooth processes from farm to fulfillment
- Manage produce orders from farms and collaborate with non-produce vendors and the procurement team to meet sourcing needs
- Partner with warehouse teams to prepare and implement daily packing plans for CSA orders
- Work closely with the member support teams to address customer inquiries and offer support
- Oversee CSA inventory, ensuring accuracy and flow for timely order fulfillment
- Utilize CSA systems to manage and fill store orders
- Address and resolve issues within the supply chain to maintain continuous operational flow
- Generate and analyze operational reports to track performance metrics and drive improvements to support the day-to-day activities of the organization
- Lead or support special projects that align with the CSA Department's goals and initiatives
