Who We’re Looking For 

Our growing team is looking for a skilled customer-focused professional to add to our Account Management Team.  As an Account Manager (AM), you are responsible for supporting the sales team and the client in planning and coordinating client requests from proposal to order placement to account growth and expansion. This is a career growth position offering a compensation package that includes base pay and a monthly commission incentive tied to account revenue, in partnership with the sales team. 

 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Support your designated Client Executive (CE) as their right-hand person through the entire sales lifecycle, from proposal creation to account expansion. 

  • Partner with CE to build stronger, broader client relationships, expanding CREtelligent business with new and existing accounts. 

  • Collaborate with CE to understand customer preferences and project requirements. 

  • Coordinate and own project data verification, proposal creation, order launch, and proposal follow up.  

  • Negotiate with surveyors and other subcontractors to price and win deals. 

  • Troubleshoot CE and client project needs as they arise. 

  • Partner with CE, project management, vendor resources, and other internal teams to ensure success of client project through to delivery. 

  • In this role, you may perform a variety of other tasks associated with ensuring a client’s quality experience and in support of the sales team, allowing your CE to focus on winning new clients. 

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years’ work experience. 

  • 2+ years’ experience with project and/or work requiring high attention to detail. 

  • 2+ years’ experience in an Inside Sales and/or Customer Service role directly interacting with clients. 

  • Experience with commercial real estate or environmental due diligence preferred. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written. 

  • Comfortable working independently. 

  • Exceptional customer service skills. 

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Adept problem solver. 

  • Deadline driven. 

  • Multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities. 

  • High School diploma required, AA or BA/BS preferred.
