Who We’re Looking For

A CRE Due Diligence Client Executive who has built a dedicated following of clients and a solid book of business. If you want more for your clients, and more for your future, we’re the firm for you. As VP, Business Development you will be responsible for the development and signing of profitable new business while growing your customer base with support from a dedicated and highly skilled team of Client Success Managers, Project Managers, and more.

  • Our internal team of experts are here to support you and your client base across all product offerings, whether you need a Geologist, PCA expert, Valuation specialists, etc. – we have the expertise you and your clients need.
  • Our mantra; High tech when you want it, high touch when you need it.  We provide dedicated Client Success Managers and Project Managers to your client base ensuring white glove service where and when your clients need us. 
  • Our last Net Promoter Score (NPS) was a 77!
  • Our team is all about sales enablement as our Marketing team and Business Development Managers work to generate leads and add them to your calendar.
  • Base Pay Compensation: $80k - $140k based on experience + uncapped commission and the opportunity to earn equity in the company. An experienced VP, Bus Dev will earn $250k+ in total compensation.

Qualifications: 

  • A solid team player who plays for the team, but still wants to be the MVP.
  • Self-starter with ability to schedule time effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with proven ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • A proven and sustained track record of accomplishments in strategic selling; energetic, well-rounded sales executive to drive the business forward.
  • Strong network and existing client relationships in CRE due diligence
  • 5+ years’ experience directly selling due diligence solutions
  • Background selling CRE due diligence into lenders a plus

FLEXIBILITY

This means some days you'll work from your home office with your team and some days you’ll be out in the field; however, we get you have a family and life where you’ll need some flexibility, and you’ll have that with us. FAMILY

We believe in supporting strong family units from day one this starts with supporting parents with paid maternity and paternity leave. As the primary caregiver to a newborn, we provide 12 weeks paid leave + another 4 weeks of part-time paid transition time to support your return. As the supporting caregiver, we provide 6 weeks of paid leave.
