Description

The Hospitality Associate will assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for church events and services. This role involves supporting various hospitality needs during congregation wide services, special events and weekend activities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Front and back of house event support (check in volunteers, welcome visitors, answer questions, assist Hospitality team liaise with other ministry teams and other duties as needed).
  • Collaborate with Hospitality team to accomplish goals, ensure project deadlines, and facilitate smooth event operations.
  • Adapt to varying work schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays. (Easter and Christmas is required)

  • Proactive in anticipating needs or issues for an event
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic
  • Fully support the mission, vision, values, and measures of Peachtree Church

Education and Experience:

  • College education is preferred but to open other levels of education
  • Demonstrate proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
  • At least two years of customer service or client care

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds at a times.
