The Belong Coordinator provides administrative support to the Pastor for Belong and assists with planning tasks to support Adult Discipleship at Peachtree. The Belong Coordinator must be proficient in the use of all standard office tools, have excellent organizational skills and be able to relate well to the diversity of people: Pastoral staff, support staff, all church members and visitors.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for proactive administration, logistical, and technical support, assessing and resolving issues that affect daily operations related to Adult Belong Communities, Young Adults, Alpha Ministry, and Zacchaeus Fellows.
- Assists in the creation and support for new Belong Communities.
- Ensures functionality and accessibility of office equipment, supplies, and facilities.
- Manage touchpoint registrations and data tracking for Belong communities.
- Handles tasks related to expense reports and travel for the Pastor for Belong.
- Maintains calendars and schedules for Pastor for Belong.
- Assists the Pastor for Belong with email management.
- Assists the Young Adult Director and Zacchaeus Fellows Director with administrative and touchpoint-related tasks.
- Participates in planning, supporting, and administering ministry-related events across all areas of Belong.
- Maintains open and positive communication when receiving, answering and directing department correspondence, including assisting with email management for Pastor for Belong.
