We're looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. We want to consistently deliver personalized and satisfying interactions that furthers customers' trust in our California Psychics brand.
This role is fully remote, but candidates must reside in Florida, Nevada, or Texas.
This position is for a swing shift from 4:30 pm EST - 1:30 am EST with Tuesdays and Saturdays off.
Our next training class begins on February 24th
What You'll Do:
- Deliver above-and-beyond customer service over all our channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Become an expert on our products, supporting our customers to connect with advisors to find the answers and guidance they are seeking.
- Assist customers to create and maintain existing accounts
- Be an advocate for our customers and proactive in finding solutions to any issues that may arise

What You'll Need:
- Knowledge and/or interest in spiritual/new age, metaphysical and/or psychic arts
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or an up-selling environment
- Reliable High-speed internet connection. Minimum 100 Mbps required
- Typing speed: 45 wpm
- Quiet space to work at home
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Remote work experience - preferred
