- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field required.
- Four years of relative experience required.
- SHRM-CP or PHR strongly preferred.
- Elevator or construction related industry experience a strong plus.
- Strong experience with multiple human resource disciplines including full life-cycle recruitment, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and training required.
- Possess motivated and outgoing personality, with ability to read and interact with various personalities and organization leaders required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong presentation skills required.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
