- At least 5 years working as a corporate paralegal or assistant corporate secretary
- At least 2 years experience filing and maintaining corporate documents
- Experience dealing with various state franchise tax boards
- Ability to critically analyze, comprehend, and modify contract language
- Thorough knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Very detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and coordinate several activities at once
