Field Engineer Support

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Field Engineer Support to join our team and provide on-site maintenance for mechanical seals, seal support systems, and bearing protection. In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineering teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop preventative maintenance practices to ensure safety, quality, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Engineers on projects and provide on-site engineering support for installations and troubleshooting.
• Oversee maintenance tracking systems (CMMS) and ensure accurate records are kept.
• Implement best practices for preventative maintenance and compliance with safety and OSHA standards.
• Perform seal failure analysis, energy audits, and provide reports to customers.
• Assist with internal and external training to meet technical standards.

Education & Experience:

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; or HNC (Higher National Certificate) from the United Kingdom.
• Required: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in mechanical seals or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth understanding of engineering and maintenance functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a technical background in engineering.
