Experience: At least four (4) years of experience in conducting job analysis and/or conducting skills training within an organization. Experience in recruiting is also highly desirable.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to identify skills and requirements related to essential job functions and design effective skills training programs.
- A strong desire to assist individuals to reach their fullest potential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related software.
- General knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
