EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
•  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
•  High School diploma required.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 – 7 years of experience in fast-paced office environments demonstrating progressive experienceÂ
supporting leadership with high-level emotional intelligence
STATUS
• Full-time; exempt
QUALIFICATIONS:
•  Strong time management and organizational skills.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  Excellent Customer Service Skills
•  Must type a minimum of 65 wpm
•  Proficient in Microsoft: Office, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel
•  Proficiency in technology to help ensure the technological needs of the CPO are met in a varietyÂ
of circumstances.
•  Available to work after normal business hours and on weekends occasionally
•  Confidentiality is a requirement for the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•  Serve as a trusted liaison between the CPO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timelyÂ
and accurate communication.
•  Proactively manage the CPO’s complex calendar, including high-level meetings, strategicÂ
engagements, and cross-functional coordination.
•  Anticipate the needs of the CPO and division leadership, providing seamless support to optimizeÂ
time, priorities, and decision-making.
•  Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and agendas for executive-level meetings andÂ
presentations.
•  Attend and document key meetings, capturing action items and ensuring timely distribution andÂ
follow-through.
•  Draft, edit, and manage highly confidential correspondence, reports, presentations and strategicÂ
documents with precision and professionalism.
•  Coordinate travel logistics, including accommodations, itineraries, and expense
reconciliation, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
•  Lead the planning and execution of division-wide meetings, retreats, and special events,Â
including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up.
•  Maintain and update project management tools and dashboards to track progress across multipleÂ
programs and initiatives.
•  Coordinate special events and prepare materials for all CPO meetings.
•  Perform monthly reconciliation of the CPO’s financial transactions, including banking invoicesÂ
and expense reports.
•  Partner with other Executive Assistants and cross-functional teams to support organizationalÂ
priorities and foster a collaborative culture.
•  Screen and manage incoming communications, including calls, mail, and visitors, ensuringÂ
appropriate prioritization and response.
•  Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CPO.
•  Provide backup support to other executive leaders and administrative staff, as needed.
•  Perform other duties as assigned.
This position requires a flexible work schedule to include evenings and weekends.
REQUIREMENTS:
•  Current Act 33, Police Clearances, and FBI Clearances
•  Registered and insured vehicle
•  Certificate of Insurance for vehicles
•  Valid/Clean Motor Vehicle Record
•  Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
•  Valid PA Inspection (even if vehicle is registered in another state)
•  Available to work a flexible schedule
•  Carry a cell phone
