Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in banking, a Federal regulatory agency, or a state banking commission with an emphasis in commercial and business credit administration and risk management.
- CECL experience, a plus
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Organized and detailed
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and work well under pressure with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of commercial lending practices, policies, and procedures
- Ability to understand Bank policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively one-on-one and in small group meetings or presentations
- Ability to understand and/or convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately and quickly if necessary
- Ability to think and act independently within guidelines and limitations of Bank policy and assigned personal authority
- Strong objectivity, interpersonal, communication and listening skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization
- Exceptional communication and decision making skills
- Constructive approach in dealing with conflict; ability to mediate conflict in professional manner to settle disputes and win concessions without damaging relationships
Computer and Office Equipment Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
