EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, digital platform development, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience delivering customer-facing software solutions, including end-to-end solution delivery.
- Proven ability to establish and communicate a clear product or technology vision.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time.
- Experience in software development or working closely with software engineering teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps.

Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in B2B software, SaaS platforms, or data analytics products.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in product management, project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum), or software development.

The Digital Product Manager works primarily indoors and will be sitting prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities. The Digital Product Manager may be required to lift heavy objects; therefore, The Digital Product Manager must be able to lift 25lbs.
