POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Successfully passes background check, pre-employment drug screening, and any pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
- Valid U.S Driver’s License
- Ability to Travel
- Daily in-person, predictable attendance.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of previous Power Generation experience.
- Knowledge of Turbine operations in an Isochronous application.
- Knowledge of Power Generation Equipment Operations.
- Previous supervisory experience.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to attend, participate, and successfully complete the scheduled New Hire Safety training,
- including but not limited to H2S, Powered Industrial, and basic First Aid and CPR training.
- Attends and successfully completes annual safety and operations recertification training.
- Able to communicate in a technical manner around clients.
- Ability to successfully work within a team environment to complete assigned tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable and compliant with digital platforms including Active Learner, Paycom, KPA, and other company-mandated systems. For new hires, ability to quickly learn and navigate company platforms.
- Ability to take instruction well and interact with other employees in a positive manner within the framework of assigned work groups.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Noise Level: Moderate to high noise levels due to machinery and power generation activities.
Social Interaction: Interaction with site personnel, adherence to safety protocols is crucial.

adhere to deadlines is essential for successful task completion.
Work hours may include or includes early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity.
