Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Lived experience as a current or former consumer of mental health services.
- Certification as an ODMHSAS Peer Recovery Support Specialist (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
- Certification as a Wellness Coach (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
- Knowledge of mental health recovery and wellness principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Oklahoma driver’s license with valid insurance.
This is a community-based role requiring travel and a high degree of autonomy. As an essential worker, you may occasionally work holidays, weekends, or during office closures.
