The associate should have a desire to participate actively in litigation and trials and have the confidence to interact with clients. The successful candidate will be expected to think creatively and spontaneously and have the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team. The associate will handle various litigation matters in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
