Full-Time | $50,000-$150,000/Year Commission + Bonus
 

Are you passionate about cars and great with people? We're looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team at Nissan of Auburn, a trusted Nissan dealership with a reputation for excellence.
 

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our skilled technicians—ensuring every vehicle receives the highest level of care and every customer leaves with a smile.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Accurately document vehicle issues and customer concerns
• Provide repair and maintenance recommendations with clarity and transparency
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
• Maintain strong knowledge of Nissan vehicles and warranty guidelines
• Upsell maintenance services where appropriate

✅ Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor (Nissan experience a plus!)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred
