Founded in 1970, Children’s Hunger Alliance (CHA) is a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to ending childhood hunger, collaborating with organizations throughout Ohio to provide nutritious meals to at-risk children who need them most. CHA partners with in-home childcare providers, childcare centers, afterschool, and summer programs to provide balanced, nutritious meals to children in their care. Additionally, they work with schools to increase breakfast participation and provide weekend meals to students. CHA educators also deliver nutrition education to support children’s long-term health.
Job Purpose:
Provide administrative support to agency program departments. Â Â Generate agency service information and compile reports for use by program departments. Maintain accurate, consistent, and complete agency service information between systems and assist with data entry as needed. Support evaluation of programs to demonstrate impact.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for Program Departments, including report compilation and generation:
- Compile monthly program service reports for agency program departments to track annual agency goals.
- Manage and complete reporting requests from Senior Leadership and CEO for program service data.
- Complete reporting and projection requests for grant and contract funding deliverables on agency services.Â
- Support the development and implementation of evaluation tools and improvement of metrics to demonstrate impact.
- Manage Salesforce Customer Relationship Management platform for Program Departments:
- Apply and utilize existing tools and database(s) to streamline program-related information.
- Provide training, accountability, and support for staff in entering and updating program-related data to ensure correct information within Salesforce.
- Create & distribute Salesforce reports. Assist in streamlining regular and special needs Salesforce reporting for program departments and agency and grant data needs.
- In conjunction with agency staff, build new features within Salesforce to improve efficiencies and transparency of agency Program work.
- Collaborate with Department teams to customize program reports based on specific needs.
- Support the collection and distribution of service information with programs through surveys, data requests, etc.
- Assist with ordering program materials and distribution of materials to Program teams.
- Support the ordering and compilation of program training materials.
- Assist in the preparation and gathering of program supplies and materials to use for community or conference tabling events.
- Help maintain the supply inventory for program-related marketing and awareness materials.
- Provide overall administrative support to Programs team as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
