Project Manager

Are you a results-oriented leader who thrives on managing complex projects and exceeding goals? Do you enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and solving challenges to achieve outstanding outcomes? As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of high-profile projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

 

What You'll Do:
 

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

  • Oversee all aspects of project performance, including quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project operations.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality standards are upheld.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and resolving concerns promptly.

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively solving challenges to keep projects on track.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence among project teams.

 

What Makes You a Great Fit:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, or 5+ years of direct experience.

  • You have 5+ years of experience in managing a direct hire workforce and subcontractors, and in managing multifamily housing construction projects.

  • You have proven experience in construction project management, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects.

  • You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • You’re a strong communicator and leader, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

  • You’re proactive in identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions.

  • You’re proficient in construction management software and tools.

  • You’re committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
