We have an immediate opening for a full-time Medical Payment Poster in our Billing & Insurance Department. This position is based out of our Marshalltown Clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Enter payments on accounts.
• Process bulk insurance payments.
• Perform refund work & account corrections.
• Work with patients regarding balances & payments.
• Answer the phone and respond to patient calls & inquiries.

Candidates must have attention to detail, excellent patient service skills, and a high regard for confidentiality. Experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
