MSD is looking for a Project Manager to join our team!

In this multifaceted role, you’ll serve as the central point of contact between internal teams and key client stakeholders—ensuring clear communication, strategic alignment, and seamless project execution.

 

You’ll play a vital role in operational planning, from developing detailed budgets and analyzing blueprints to conducting site inspections and ensuring projects run safely, on time, and on budget. Your keen eye for cost management and efficiency will drive accurate projections and healthy cash flow throughout the lifecycle of each initiative.

 

Beyond the job site, you’ll uphold regulatory compliance, champion safety, and stay ahead of industry trends through continuous learning and professional development. Whether presenting to clients, overseeing job costing, or leading coordination efforts, your ability to balance interpersonal finesse with operational excellence will be the key to success.

The Project Manager provides project support and guidance services to internal and external clients.  The Project Manager ensures the effective, efficient operations of all assigned projects and ensures all subordinate personnel are appropriately tasked.  The Project Manager supports the total quality effort by identifying and responding to the needs of internal and external customers 100% of the time.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in a project management role
  • 7+ years increasing experience in the HVAC and/or Plumbing field
  • Ability to use office productivity equipment and programs
  • Able to clearly communicate in written and verbal English
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status required

 

Job Duties:

  • Serve as liaison between internal teams and clients.
  • Communicate responsibilities clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with client personnel to ensure proper planning and execution.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
  • Present to clients alongside business development to support growth.
  • Review blueprints and specs to guide project execution.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
  • Oversee project costs and billing to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Enforce and implement safety practices for all personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Stay current through ongoing training and development.
  • Prioritize workplace safety to protect employees.
