- Four-year college degree with 3 years of experience or 5 years of experience in lieu of degree.
- A minimum of one to three year’s payroll experience; Paycom and/or Cost Point experience is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to forge productive relationships with customers and peers
- Experience handling confidential issues in a professional and discreet manner
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, strong focus, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, self-motivated environment with minimal supervision
