Code Four is a full-service agency in Huntington Beach, CA with over a decade of experience in, well, pretty much everything. We’re made up of five main divisions: agency, experiential, print, fabrication and technical – all aiming to deliver solution-based results for our clients and brands.

As a Graphic Designer, you will:
- Brainstorm, concept and execute a wide range of creative services, including:
- Print collateral (small- and large-scale format)
- Event and experiential graphics
- Digital collateral
- Social media graphics
- Email marketing assets
- Website graphics
- Presentation and sales decks
- Video storyboards
- Retouching photos
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Ensure projects are completed with high-quality and on schedule
- Join in strategic thinking with the creative department to establish concepts and overall art direction
We are a lean team moving at full speed, so we need someone who can match our pace and bring the following:
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
- 3-5 years professional graphic design experience
- Experience working with shared files within a creative department
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print & digital
- Knowledge of:
- Adobe CC Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Google Sheets, Slides and Docs
Skills
- Excellent eye for detail
- Understanding of brand integrity and brand consistency for Code Four and our clients
- Positive, “can-do” attitude
- Great time management & multi-tasking skills
- Experience in working in a collaborative environment
- Excitement to learn and grow
Bonus if you also have experience in
- Website design
