Part-Time Web Press Operator
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, safety-focused Part-Time Web Press Operator to join our print production team. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality printed materials on our web press machines, playing a key role in keeping our print operation running smoothly and efficiently. (Weekends)
What You’ll Do

Operate web press equipment to produce newspapers, inserts, and other printed materials according to production schedules.

Monitor press runs for quality and consistency—checking registration, ink levels, alignment, and print clarity.

Perform regular maintenance on press equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement as needed.

Set up press rolls and make adjustments during runs to minimize waste and downtime.

Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs to keep press operations on track.

Collaborate with the pressroom team to meet production deadlines safely and efficiently.

Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
What We’re Looking For

Experience operating or assisting on a web press (Goss, Harris, or similar press experience is a plus).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn press setup and operation procedures.

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
