ABOUT THE POSITION

• Responsible for maintenance of company network infrastructure and company owned devices.
• Make recommendations for the improvement of company-wide IT infrastructure. Determines technological solutions and recommends changes. Evaluates needs, alternatives and cost, and recommends solutions that maximize effectiveness/minimize cost as appropriate with acceptable risk.
• Oversees installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems and provide direct support and training to Aiphone personnel and management.
• Delegates and trains staff to provide coverage and backup of all department positions for vacations and after-hours requirements.
• Manages vendor relationships for IT related matters. Acts as primary contact/project manager for IT department.
• Responsible for overall network security, including setting up security policies, security tools, employee training, and security evaluations.
• Develop and maintain IT policy (Security, BCP, internet, AI and etc.).
• Oversee remote installations of desktop PC/laptops by onsite teams, and all ongoing support and maintenance.
• Responsible for user training, data protection/backup, and documentation.
Additional Responsibilities include the following.
• Website support, if needed, with regards to the network configuration.
• Support for phone system implementation

Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. For the most part, ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment. Position will require travel to various locations, primarily Redmond headquarters. May require extended work hours including weekends or emergency 24/7 support to meet or address critical business needs.Â
