Description

ThermoWorks, the market leader in thermometer solutions for the food industry, seeks a Sales Executive with a proven track record to acquire and manage end-user key accounts with volume over $10k/year. Experience in food processing, food service, and/or temperature measurement. Must be an experienced rainmaker with the ability to consistently hit targets. Some travel required, estimated at under 20%.

 

**This is an on-site position located in American Fork, Utah**

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Close sales with existing and new accounts.
  • Collaborate with commercial food professionals, explore and understand their needs, and sell the best solution for their applications
  • Know, develop, and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the largest food-related enterprises in North America
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly department goals
  • Create and grow customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer experience
  • Thoroughly represent ThermoWorks’ mission and values in all interactions with customers and colleagues
  • Work in a cooperative manner with all members of the team and other departments
  • Travel will be limited, typically 3 trade shows annually
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to consistently meet sales targets
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B direct selling environment
  • Proven track record of finding, closing, and growing large key direct accounts
  • Experience in one of the following industries: food service, food distribution, instrumentation, sensors or calibration
  • Passion for ThermoWorks products, the food industry, and a direct sales model
  • Passionate about expanding personal knowledge and abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
