Qualifications:
- 1 -2 years of proven experience as a crate builder, carpenter, or similar role in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and measuring devices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and assembly.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity to handle materials and perform repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a workshop setting.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be bilingual (English / Spanish)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training or certification in carpentry, woodworking, or a related field.
- Previous experience in building crates or packaging solutions for industrial or commercial applications.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.

- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes)
