What You Will Be Doing:
- Process upgrade/buyout quote requests
- Review & submission of credit applications
- Distribute asset management reports from leasing companies to branch sales managers
- Prompt response to sales personnel inquiries (calls and e-mails)
- Process insurance certificates received for lease transactions
- Review all blended rates and promotions against commission worksheet
- Run maturity reports and termination reports
- Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Uphold leasing database integrity
- Calculate and audit leasing rebates
- Bid T&C’s – review and advise on how to process with 3rd party leasing
- Calculate and maintain rate card
- Maintain Funding Log Daily
- Training with Sales and Order Process Team on all current lease promotions, rates, changes, etc.
- Determine the appropriate leasing company for funding
- Review funding packets for completeness and accuracy + all areas of revenue maximization were taken
- Handle missing documents for funding with rep/customer directly
- Coordinate return of equipment lease equipment obtaining return instructions and working with Logistics on return process
