What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor insights to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Create Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data-backed insights and dynamic PowerPoint presentations.
  • Develop engaging sales reports and presentations using Power BI and Excel.
  • Support the RFP process, crafting winning proposals through research and strategic positioning.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue tracking.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Organize and maintain sales reporting tools to improve visibility into key sales metrics.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, data modeling) and Power BI.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven analytics tools to enhance sales intelligence.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into compelling insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to sales and executive teams.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
