Qualifications:
- Two- or four-year business degree or a minimum of three years of machinery sales experience
- Must have a firm understanding of the Ag equipment market, and knowledge to effectively sell new/used machines and assess trade values
- Computer literate especially with programs such as Microsoft, Excel, Gmail, and Google Drive
- Ability to successfully operate/demonstrate various ag equipment
- Must be able to train and educate customers on machine operations and demonstrate “Value Added” selling techniques and models
- Strong financial negotiating skills needed
- Must be organized and possess strong time management skills
- Reside or be willing to relocate within the assigned territory
- Willingness to travel to trade shows and training sessions as required
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be a self-starter and able to adapt to change
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance requirements

This job operates in various environments to include, office, shop, trade shows, customer sites (indoors/outdoors). This is a full-time position. Occasional overtime, evening and weekend work will be required as job duties demand.
