Who you are/What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of seven years of work experience in a human service agency that includes management and supervision experience, with at least five years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated skills in program planning, program implementation, and program evaluation.
- The ability to supervise multiple sites throughout the city.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to support fund development efforts which includes proposal writing and contract renewal procedures.
- Ability to develop community partnerships and foster existing relationships with community residents, community-based organizations, and government entities.
Compensation: 70K-80K
